Due to #COVID19, particular ingredients such as garlic have been suggested to benefit the immune system and even obscured claims stating that it could prevent one from the virus 🤯. Sorry to bring this to you but no specific food or supplement can prevent us from catching the virus 🦠. Good hygiene practice remains the key preventative measure against #Coronavirus.
